Starting with a passion for real estate at a very young age, Kevin has his pulse on the market and takes pride in understanding the wants and needs of his clients. Whether it is a residential home or a multifamily apartment, Kevin's attention to detail throughout every step of the construction process continually leads the team in a clear direction forward. Kevin is happily married with two sons. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and spending time in the outdoors.

Kevin is the Project Manager at O’Grady Development Company, where he leads on-site operations for the firm’s residential and multifamily projects. With a hands-on approach, Kevin works closely with subcontractors and inspectors to keep projects on schedule and ensure quality at every stage. Kevin is happily married with a newborn daughter. The doer!

Kyle takes the lead on planning and engineering O’Grady Development’s new projects as well as serving the customer-facing side of the business as an experienced sales professional. Kyle is happily married. Kyle also leads O’Grady Development Company’s sales partner, the Live Traverse City Real Estate Team.
