Starting Summer 2024, O’Grady will be accepting a limited number of clients to enter their custom home building program. Please fill out the form below and a member of the team will reach out to you for additional information.
Process
Utilizing a unique builder mindset, O’Grady has been planning, designing, and building quality homes with the consumers at the forefront of their process for over three decades. Traditionally, homes have been available for sale at the end of their construction cycle. This allows for the highest quality product in the quickest period of time.
The internal systems are evolving. O’Grady is prepared to bring a client in at the beginning of the process versus the end - fusing their 30 years of experience with your 30 years of dreams.
The Team is prepared to engage with a select number of clients beginning Summer 2024 to build their dream home.
Discovery
The Team will field your initial inquiry with the above form. They will then contact you to collect more information and schedule an in-person meeting accordingly. In this stage, the client's goals will be further investigated to make sure it is a match for both parties.
Think budget, location, timeframe
Planning
This step is the most crucial. Fittingly, this is the step that shares the most collaboration. You will meet with O’Grady’s architecture and home design teams. The outcome of this stage will be a precise outline of every element of the construction of your custom home. The thoughtful completion of this stage allows for quick quality construction.
Think build site, home plans, finishes
Building
From start to finish, including permitting and scheduling, your home will take an estimated 12-18 months from the completion of the previous steps. Continue your everyday obligations without the interruptions and unforeseen nuances that traditionally come with building a new home. The hard part is over.
