Discovery
The Team will field your initial inquiry with the above form. They will then contact you to collect more information and schedule an in-person meeting accordingly. In this stage, the client's goals will be further investigated to make sure it is a match for both parties.
Think budget, location, timeframe
Planning
This step is the most crucial. Fittingly, this is the step that shares the most collaboration. You will meet with O’Grady’s architecture and home design teams. The outcome of this stage will be a precise outline of every element of the construction of your custom home. The thoughtful completion of this stage allows for quality and seamless construction.
Think build site, home plans, finishes
Building
From start to finish, including permitting and scheduling, depending on scope of work, your home should take an estimated 16-24 months from the completion of the previous steps. Continue your everyday obligations without the interruptions and unforeseen nuances that traditionally come with building a new home. The hard part is over.
